Please note that we cannot guarantee your booking unless a 50% deposit is paid in order to secure. Balance of payment no later than 72 hours prior to function. 

 

Our price holds firm unless drastic food cost price increases occur in the meat industry. All prices exclude VAT Our Spit Braai’s are prepared in the traditional way – slow cooked on open fires, we require a four-hour preparation time. 

 

 We require a minimum of 35 people for a Spit Braai. 

 

All our products are purchased in Halaal and our equipment is pork free but we are not registered with the MJC. Basically Halaal friendly

 

 Our portions = +- 550grams of meat and bone per person Our meats are expertly carved and offer a variety of options 

 * perfectly sliced leg of lamb 

 * easy to eat – rib fingers 

 * rugstroom (neck & fillet)

SALAD OPTIONS

Potato Salad – potato, pineapple, finely chopped onion & parsley with a thick mayo dressing

Greek Salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, trio of peppers, caramalised onions, feta and olives with a greek salad dressing

French Salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, trio of peppers, fresh onions & with a french salad dressing

Spinach & Avo Salad –  spinach, ct cherrie tomatoes, baby corn, avo, sliced egg, croutons and dressing

Beetroot Salad –  sliced beetroot and onion in semi sweet vinegarette

Coleslaw Salad –  shredded cabbage, carrots & raisins with a mayo dressing

Waldorf Salad –  shredded lettuce, granny smith apples, thinly chopped celery & chopped walnuts with a lemon mayo dressing

Pasta Salad –  trio spiral noodles, finely chopped onion & cucumber, peppers with a thick mayo dressing

Noodle Salad – elbow noodles, baby peas, baby corn, red peppers with a thousand island dressing

Bean Salad – Variety of 4 beans, chopped peppers, onions, cucumber with either a curry based or tomato based or chakalaka based

Butternut & Feta – roasted butternut, danish feta, fresh rocket and roasted seeds, drizzled with olive oil

Watermelon & Feta –  watermelon and feta and fresh rocket

Avo & Cheese Salad –  lettuce, tomato, cucumber, trio of peppers, avo and block of cheeses

Carrot & Pine –  thinly grated sweet carrots and pineapple served with an orange salad dressing

Sticky Chicken Salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, trio of peppers topped with sticky chicken and caramalised onions

Tuna & Egg Salad –  lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tuna with eggslices and grated cheese with a creamy dressing

Roasted Mediterranean –  lettuce, tomato, cucumber, roasted butternut, Vegetarian Salad baby marrows, roasted peppers, mushroom with a olive oil dressing

Caprese’ Salad –  baby rocket, slices of tomato, shaved mozzarella cheee served with a basil presto dressing and olive oil
